In 2022 Tom Black Architects were asked to design a single storey side and rear extension at Cooper Avenue North in the attractive Mossley Hill area. Tom Black Architects were able to capitalise on this project’s location on a corner plot to accommodate a generous amount of ancillary space on the side of the property. The rear portion of the extension allows us to make the rear of the property a really generous open plan addition. The kitchen and dining area are accommodated within this part of the extension while the former rear reception room remains as a pleasant snug area.
